Gillian has only discovered her love of performing relatively recently, but has done her best to make up for lost time. She is a mainstay of Woking Amateur Operatic Society and for the past three years has either appeared in or assisted backstage in all of their productions. Favourite roles have been Fruma Sara in Fiddler on the Roof and Mis Krumholtz in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Gillian’s day job as a primary school headteacher enables her to practise improvisation, voice projection and singing on regular basis! This is her Ghosts debut and first Sondheim musical, and she is delighted to have been given this opportunity.
